We're hiring outstanding Dog Walkers to join our team.

This role offers consistent hours, supportive training, and a team that always has your back - all while helping to fulfill our mission of bringing exceptional care, reliability, and happiness to every dog and client we serve.

Pay: Base rate is $18/hour. With mileage reimbursement + tips, Dog Walkers typically earn up to $21/hour depending on their route and availability.

THE COMPANY:

Founded in 2015, we are a feel-good community dedicated to improving the lives of our clients, employees, the dogs we walk, as well as our communities, by consistently doing the right thing and going above and beyond expectations.

Some of our current team members are college students, parents, and retirees - we're expanding, and seeking to add another amazing candidate to our team!

THE POSITION:

We challenge the traditional thinking of a dog walker because for us, there is so much more to it than 'just walking the dog.' Employees receive in-depth training on how we provide consistent, outstanding service for our clients, how to facilitate adventures for the dogs, and how to positively impact our communities.

Our current open position is approximately 15 hours per week on weekdays, starting in the mornings. The hours are perfect whether you're going to school, working on a side hustle, or caring for the kids. Workload can increase if desired by the candidate!

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Drive to client's homes
• Successfully implement our Dog Behavior & Training program during appointments to ensure a positive experience
• Provide peace of mind to clients that their dog is well taken care of
• Help keep our communities clean by using our "Do The Right Thing" Policy
• Overall, be a great team player and love your job!

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• A genuine love for dogs and the great outdoors
• Able to walk between 1-3 dogs at a time
• Outstanding people skills and a hard working, can-do attitude!
• A personal vehicle to transport dogs
• Able to commit to longer term employment; we do not have summer or seasonal opportunities available
• Current and valid California Driver’s License
• 18 years of age or older
• Pass a background check & DMV record check
