About the role:

As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include following your assigned dog walking schedule while driving a company van, fostering strong relationships with clients, learning effective dog training techniques, and contributing to the growth of the Pup Scouts community.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives to enhance the Pup Scouts brand.

Drive one of our company vans to pick up adorable pups.

Lead packs of 6-8 dogs on daily walks.

Provide daily report cards to dog parents, ensuring they stay connected and informed.

Weekly van cleaning to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.

Requirements:

Clean driving record, ensuring the safety of our precious furry passengers.

Smartphone equipped with a camera and GPS for seamless communication and navigation.

Basic knowledge of dog behavior to ensure the well-being of our canine companions.

Strong communication skills to build lasting connections with clients and fellow team members.

Pay and Growth Opportunities:

Starting hourly rate of $20, plus tips and possible overnight care/boarding commissions.
