Respond promptly to emergency and non-emergency calls and provide efficient and effective care.
Perform initial patient assessment and administer basic life support (BLS) techniques such as CPR, AED use, oxygen therapy, bleeding control, and patient stabilization.
Transport patients safely to medical facilities while continuously monitoring their condition.
Operate and maintain emergency vehicles and equipment in a state of readiness.
Communicate clearly with dispatch, medical personnel, and receiving hospitals.
Document patient care accurately in electronic or written patient care reports (PCR).
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all DOH, facility, and company policies.
Participate in training sessions, drills, and continuous professional development.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DOH regulations and protocols.
Assist paramedics and other healthcare providers when necessary.
Qualifications:
DOH (HAAD) Licensed EMT – Active and valid license.
Completion of an approved EMT-B or EMT-I course.
Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
ACLS or PHTLS certification (preferred ).
Valid UAE driving license (preferred for ambulance operation)
