DOH Registered Nurse & Assistant Nurse (Homecare)

We are looking for compassionate and skilled DOH Registered Nurses and Assistant Nurses to join our team in providing high-quality, personalized homecare services to patients in Al Ain. As a member of our homecare team, you will be responsible for delivering professional nursing care and support to patients in the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities: For DOH Registered Nurse:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes according to their care plan.
• Monitor vital signs and assess the health status of patients regularly.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and family members to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and aftercare.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation.
• Respond to medical emergencies as needed.

For Assistant Nurse:

• Assist the DOH Registered Nurse in delivering daily patient care and support.
• Help with patient hygiene, mobility, and general comfort.
• Monitor patient’s health and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
• Provide emotional and physical support to patients.
• Assist in administrative tasks and maintain patient records.
• Support the nurse with medical procedures when necessary.

Qualifications: For DOH Registered Nurse:

• Valid DOH License RN (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi).
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused.

For Assistant Nurse:

• Valid DOH License Assistant Nurse.
• Nursing diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in homecare or healthcare settings is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Caring and patient-oriented attitude.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
