La Noche is a boutique flower shop specializing in elegant floral designs and high-quality arrangements. We are looking for a creative and skilled Florist to join our team and help deliver beautiful floral experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Create floral arrangements for daily sales, events, and special occasions

• Handle fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies with proper care

• Assist customers with flower selection and design recommendations

• Prepare bouquets, centerpieces, and custom orders

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and work area

• Ensure freshness and quality of all floral products

• Support inventory management and stock rotation

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a florist or in floral design

• Good knowledge of flowers, plants, and color combinations

• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about floral design

• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Flexible to work weekends and holidays if required
