Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls professionally and make follow-up calls as required.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls and chat.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
- Process new orders and complaints by punching data into POS and CRM systems.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues on a priority basis.
- Follow up on complaints and report closure status to the line manager.
- Comply with instructions and perform additional tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Urdu and English.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Ability to search, navigate, and identify locations efficiently.
- Proficient in computer usage and basic software applications.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
