Domestic Freight Forwarding Sales

India

  • Identify and approach new clients (importers/exporters, logistics companies).
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Promote air, sea, and land freight services.
  • Negotiate rates and prepare quotations.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Understand client shipping needs and offer suitable logistics solutions.
  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
  • Suggest new routes or services to increase business.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and client feedback.
  • Submit regular sales reports to management.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle customer issues or delays professionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
