- Identify and approach new clients (importers/exporters, logistics companies).
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Promote air, sea, and land freight services.
- Negotiate rates and prepare quotations.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Understand client shipping needs and offer suitable logistics solutions.
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
- Suggest new routes or services to increase business.
- Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and client feedback.
- Submit regular sales reports to management.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customer issues or delays professionally.
