If you are passionate about providing excellent service and solutions to customers who need help with their domestic heating systems, then this is the opportunity for you! Butco Heating are looking for a Domestic Heating Breakdown Engineer to join our team in Birmingham.

We are looking for experienced and qualified domestic heating engineer to join our growing team. Works will include but not limited to Boiler Fault Finding, Servicing, Install, leak- trace and access, emergency Plumbing repairs, Basic Plumbing skills.

Salary: Competitive salary according to experience with overtime available. £30,000 – £40,000 + Overtime depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Weekdays, and rota weekends. Overtime is always available.

We have a very supportive team in place that offer assistance in the day to day role and with high level advice. Engineers are encouraged to work together and have regular contact with each other, sharing advice and guidance. Our Office Team will Plan your day, source all parts and get them ordered and delivered to a merchant local to you. Majority of the admin work is done by their office team, other than your onsite reports, pictures and any legal documentation required under gas safe regulations. A good understanding of mobiles and Applications is beneficial.

Domestic Heating Breakdown Engineer Requirements:

• Plumbing (2 years essential) NVQ 2, City & Guilds or time spent (10+)
• Breakdown and Repair (3 years essential)
• Experience working on a variety of Boiler manufacturers.
• Essential Qualifications:
• Driving Licence
• CCN1
• CENWAT
• CKR1
• HTR1
• G3 Unvented hot water (preferred)
