Domestic IT Recruiter

We are looking for a Domestic IT Recruiter with 3 years of experience to handle end-to-end recruitment for India-based IT clients. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across multiple technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for domestic IT requirements
• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Hirist), LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Close positions within defined TATs
• Maintain ATS, trackers, and daily recruitment reports
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database

Required Skills:

• Experience in domestic IT hiring (freshers to senior levels)
• Understanding of IT roles and technologies (Java, Python, .NET, Frontend, QA, DevOps, etc.)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with IT services companies
• Strong follow-up and candidate engagement skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
