About the Role
Xpo9tial is a rapidly expanding digital and e-commerce service provider supporting local and international clients. We are looking for a motivated candidate with strong service-based sales experience to help grow our domestic client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients within the local market.
• Pitch and promote service offerings, including software services, e-commerce solutions, and digital marketing services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for ongoing business growth.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly service-sales targets.
• Conduct follow-ups, share proposals and pricing, and successfully close deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in software services, digital services, or e-commerce services.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu.
• Excellent negotiation and convincing ability with a confident personality.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple client interactions daily.
• Comfortable with field visits and in-person meetings.
