Domestic Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Domestic Sales Executive with 3–4 years of experience in the lubricant or automobile industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients within the domestic market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the domestic market.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify competitor activities and pricing trends.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of proven sales experience in the lubricant or automobile industry (mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and distribution channels.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
