Job Description

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with an IATA-certified travel agency, with strong exposure to corporate travel operations.
  • Hands-on experience in handling complete corporate travel bookings, domestic ticketing & international ticketing
  • Candidates with experience in tele-performance or call center roles will not be considered.
  • Handling in house client queries through phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Proven experience in reservations and ticketing using CRS and online booking portals.
  • Strong skills in itinerary planning and fare construction.
  • Managing ticket re-issuance, including date changes, penalties, upgrades, and re-routing.
  • Coordinating with airlines to resolve reservation-related issues and exceptions.
  • Assisting with hotel bookings, visa requirements, travel insurance, and foreign exchange services.
  • Handling web check-ins and seat allocation based on client preferences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
