Job Description
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with an IATA-certified travel agency, with strong exposure to corporate travel operations.
- Hands-on experience in handling complete corporate travel bookings, domestic ticketing & international ticketing
- Candidates with experience in tele-performance or call center roles will not be considered.
- Handling in house client queries through phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Proven experience in reservations and ticketing using CRS and online booking portals.
- Strong skills in itinerary planning and fare construction.
- Managing ticket re-issuance, including date changes, penalties, upgrades, and re-routing.
- Coordinating with airlines to resolve reservation-related issues and exceptions.
- Assisting with hotel bookings, visa requirements, travel insurance, and foreign exchange services.
- Handling web check-ins and seat allocation based on client preferences.
