What You'll Do:

• Lead and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality resident care
• Oversee clinical operations and ensure regulatory compliance
• Mentor and develop nursing staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence

What We're Looking For:

• Current RN license in New Jersey
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing leadership
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities
• A commitment to quality care and staff support
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
