Donation Attendant

Job Overview
Our Donation Associate is responsible for giving our wonderful Donors a positive, helpful, and efficient donation experience. This role is vital in bringing every department inventory from donations. This is a very physically demanding job. Lifting heavy objects, moving furniture, carrying bags of clothes to multiple areas, bringing bins of items to their designated department, and maintaining the outside area are daily duties.

Duties

• Greet donors warmly and assist them with donation procedures to ensure a smooth experience
• Sort, organize, and bring donated items to disgnated departments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of donation area.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering information about donations, and guiding donors through the donation process.
• Capable of multitasking efficiently with time management skills in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
