TITLE: ReStore Scheduler

STATUS: Non-Exempt, Part-Time (20 hours), 5 days/week

REPORTS TO: ReStore Manager, ReStore Director

Position Overview

The ReStore Scheduler is responsible for coordinating donation pickup scheduling with individual donors and business donors. This position serves as the central point of coordination between donors, drivers, and store leadership to ensure efficient routing, clear communication, and alignment with store processing capacity. The ReStore Scheduler helps maximize donation opportunities while remaining organized and utilizing customer service skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedule all donation pickups in a timely and organized manner.
  • Maintain and adjust pickup schedules based on staffing, truck availability, donation
  • volume, weather, and store capacity.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, texts, and other scheduling inquiries in a professional and
  • timely manner.
  • Communicate donation acceptance guidelines clearly and consistently to donors.
  • Provide excellent customer service while representing Habitat for Humanity of Laramie
  • County in a positive and professional manner.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts, donor concerns, and pickup-related issues as they arise.
  • Work cooperatively with ReStore staff, drivers, volunteers, and leadership to support day-
  • to-day operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of ReStore operations and Habitat’s mission.

Preferred experience/requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • One year of retail, scheduling, customer service, logistics, or related experience preferred.
  • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and national sex offender
  • registry screening.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
