Sindh School System Welfare Foundation (SSSWF) is a Non-Profit Organization (NPO) and registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 to undertake activities in the education sector on welfare basis and is engaged in providing free education services.

Applications are invited for the position of Donor Relations Officer at Sindh School System Welfare Foundation (SSSWF) from energetic, competent, and well-qualified candidates who are seeking a career in an inspiring work environment.

Eligibility:

Candidates, medically fit, with age not more than 45 years. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, relationship management expertise, fundraising experience, donor engagement capabilities, and strategic thinking relevant to non-profit organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or relevant field. Master's degree will be preferred.
  • The candidates must have at least 3- 5 years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, or development work in an educational institution, NGO, or reputable non-profit organization, with demonstrated success in building and maintaining donor relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
  • Strong understanding of fundraising strategies for NPO’s.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ·The Donor Relations Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive donor engagement strategies
  • Cultivating relationships with existing and potential donors, managing fundraising campaigns, and ensuring effective communication of the foundation's mission and impact to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and maintain the data.
  • · Expand donor base and encourage long-term partnerships.
  • To liaise with potential donors for other philanthropic initiatives.
  • To liaise with potential donors to collaborate with organization.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential donors to ensure rapid mobilization of emergency funds when required
  • Design and develop promotional materials including brochures, pamphlets, and other communication collateral to effectively showcase the foundation’s programs and impact to prospective donors.

  • It is a permanent employment subject to completion of a satisfactory probation period.
