Summary

We are seeking a friendly and engaging Greeter to join our team at Icon Entertainment Group. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests as they enter our venues in Nashville. The Greeter will play a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Wave guests into our venue to fill the bar up daily.
• Greet guests warmly as they arrive at our venues, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Provide information about the various attractions and events available at Icon Entertainment Group.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude with guests entering and leaving our venue.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflicts effectively.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is a plus.
• Strong observational skills to ensure guest safety.
