Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Man to ensure the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring access points, maintaining a secure environment, and providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff. This role is essential in upholding safety protocols and managing security operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit points of the facility, verifying identification and authorization of visitors.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards.
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies.
• Enforce security policies, including loss prevention measures and conflict management with visitors or staff.
• Document incidents accurately and report security concerns to management or law enforcement authorities when required.
• Assist with crowd control during events or peak times to ensure safety and orderliness.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors with directions or inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Skills

• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields is preferred.
• Certification in first aid, CPR, and conflict management highly desirable.
• Strong observational skills with attention to detail for monitoring activities and identifying potential threats.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with the public and team members effectively.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations confidently.
• Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond swiftly when needed. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the safety of our environment while working in a dynamic team setting.
