As a key frontline team member, you will be responsible for managing access control, maintaining a secure environment, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and verify their eligibility for entry based on venue policies
• Manage access points efficiently, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises
• Conduct thorough security checks, including bag inspections and ID verification when necessary
• Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances, applying conflict management skills to de-escalate situations
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services in case of emergencies or security breaches
• Maintain detailed logs of entries, exits, incidents, and security patrols to ensure accurate record-keeping

Skills

• Strong understanding of conflict management techniques and conflict resolution skills
• Background in law enforcement, military, or security fields is highly desirable
