Canni is looking for friendly, welcoming, and dependable individuals to help create exceptional guest experiences during special events and busy service periods.

This is not a traditional door person or bouncer position. We are a community-focused cannabis beverage and mixology concept, and this role is centered around hospitality, guest engagement, and helping create a comfortable environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests as they arrive and create a positive first impression
• Check IDs and assist with event entry procedures when required
• Help guests with questions and provide basic information about Canni and upcoming events
• Monitor guest flow and maintain an organized entrance area
• Remain attentive and professional throughout events
• Assist bartenders and service staff during busy periods when needed
• Help maintain a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests
• Represent the Canni brand with professionalism and hospitality

• Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of guests
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist wherever needed
• Flexible schedule and availability for evenings and special events
• Ability to remain seated or stationed in one area for extended periods of time

Requirements

• Weekend and evening availability preferred
• Must be comfortable sitting for extended periods while remaining attentive and engaged
• Must be able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to assist other team members when business needs require it
• Reliable transportation preferred

Important Note

This is not a nightclub security or late-night bar position. Canni is not open until traditional bar close, and event shifts are generally limited to specific evenings, weekends, and special events throughout the year.

We're looking for hospitality-minded team members who enjoy welcoming people, building community, and helping create memorable experiences—not traditional bouncers.
