Primary Purpose of the Role

As a Door Technician, you’ll help shape, assemble, and sand cabinet doors and panels that bring our custom designs to life. You’ll play an important role in ensuring every piece we create meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and sand cabinet doors and panels
• Operate woodworking tools such as saws, sanders, and clamps safely and efficiently
• Organize materials and maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Record production details and label products for shipment
• Support your team and assist with other shop tasks when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in woodworking or cabinet production preferred (we’ll train the right candidate)
• Ability to read parts lists, design plans, and simple instructions
• Comfortable using woodworking tools such as sanders, saws, clamps, and small hand tools
• Strong math skills with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Keen attention to detail and quality
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer or phone skills for timekeeping and task tracking

Education & Training

Experience preferred but not required. We provide hands-on training for motivated individuals with a great attitude.
