Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and warm door-to-door visits to prospective clients, presenting our offerings with confidence and clarity
• Engage in effective negotiation techniques to secure appointment commitments that align with client needs and company goals
• Utilize software to log interactions, schedule appointments, and track progress efficiently
• Follow up with potential customers through telemarketing, ensuring high engagement levels and appointment confirmations
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
• Maintain excellent customer service standards by listening actively, addressing questions, and providing clear information about our services
• Manage time effectively to maximize daily outreach efforts across assigned territories or neighborhoods

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles is preferred but NOT REQUIRED; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients positively
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly
• Demonstrated ability in business development, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques to generate leads and set appointments
• Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor that fosters trust and rapport
• Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and handle rejection constructively

This position is an independent position, with a flexible schedule that aligns with your daily life. This is a 1099 position with uncapped pay.
