We are one of the top RoofMaxx dealers in California , expanding rapidly and looking for door-to-door appointment setters to help fuel our growth.

This is a high-energy, high-income role where your job is simple:

👉 Knock doors

👉 Create interest

👉 Set appointments

No Closing Required.

What You’ll Do

• Knock doors in pre-selected neighborhoods
• Speak with homeowners and introduce our services
• Set qualified appointments for our sales team
• Work directly with a closer in your assigned area
  
  
  

Compensation

• $25/hour base
• $25 per appointment SET
• $25–$50 per appointment that SITS
• $50–$100 per CLOSED deal
  
  
  

💰 Top performers can earn $100+/hour

Schedule

• 3–4 days per week
• 4–6 hours per day
  
  
  

Requirements

• Door-to-door or sales experience required
• Solar experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Clean-cut, professional appearance
