We are a fast-growing HVAC company in Houston looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Appointment Setters.

Your role is simple: knock on doors in residential neighborhoods and schedule free HVAC estimates for our sales representatives. For every confirmed appointment you set, you earn $25. If that appointment results in a sale, you earn an additional $300 bonus.

No HVAC experience required — we provide training and scripts.

Compensation Details:

• $25 per confirmed appointment set
• $300 bonus for every appointment that results in a completed sale

Position Details:

• 1099 Independent Contractor position
• Flexible schedule

Responsibilities:

• Canvass residential areas
• Speak with homeowners about HVAC services (repair, maintenance, replacement)
• Schedule free in-home estimates
• Track and submit daily leads

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and money-driven
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
• Reliable transportation
• Sales or canvassing experience is a plus
