Duties
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives to achieve sales goals and performance metrics
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to local markets, utilizing outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing techniques
- Conduct training sessions on negotiation skills, product knowledge, customer service, and effective communication
- Oversee daily operations including route planning, scheduling, and tracking team activities using CRM software such as Salesforce
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients through B2B sales approaches and technical sales presentations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and ethical standards during all sales activities
Skills
- Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, telemarketing, and technology or technical sales environments
- Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits and value propositions
- Demonstrated success in inside sales, outbound calling, business development, and marketing strategies
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high levels of customer service excellence
- Skilled in using CRM tools for tracking progress, analyzing data, and optimizing sales processes
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
