About Us

Smart Home Innova is an Authorized Vivint Dealer and one of the fastest-growing smart home security sales organizations in the region. We specialize in helping homeowners protect their families through industry-leading security systems, smart home automation, video surveillance, and 24/7 professional monitoring.

We are seeking a proven Door-to-Door Sales Manager to build, train, and lead a high-performance Vivint sales team.

This is not a desk job. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can recruit top talent, train new representatives, develop sales skills in the field, and drive consistent results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Recruit and hire door-to-door sales representatives
  • Train new team members on the Vivint sales process
  • Conduct daily sales meetings and motivational training sessions
  • Perform ride-alongs and field training with representatives
  • Develop and manage sales territories
  • Monitor team performance and accountability
  • Coach representatives on objection handling and closing techniques
  • Track appointments, installs, and sales metrics
  • Build and maintain a positive, winning sales culture
  • Lead by example through personal production and field leadership

Qualifications

  • Previous door-to-door sales management experience required
  • Experience leading teams in security, solar, telecommunications, home improvement, pest control, roofing, or similar industries preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to recruit and develop sales representatives
  • Ability to motivate and hold team members accountable
  • Reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends
  • Goal-oriented and competitive mindset
