Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers directly at their homes, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Duties
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to introduce and promote our products and services.
- Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close sales and meet targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Engage in outbound calling to follow up with leads generated from door-to-door efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing brand awareness in the community.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in B2B sales or technology sales.
- Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technical sales is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to engage in warm calling to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
- Solid understanding of business development principles and marketing strategies.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
