Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door visits to prospective customers within assigned territories, delivering compelling sales pitches that highlight product benefits and solutions
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and tailored communication strategies, ensuring a personalized sales approach
  • Negotiate terms and close sales confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage follow-ups effectively
  • Engage in outbound calling campaigns and warm calling to nurture leads and generate new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local promotional strategies and maximize outreach efforts
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, overcoming objections, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) sales environments, preferably in technology or technical sales
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients
  • Experience with telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate product value propositions
  • Background in customer service or business development roles that require active listening and relationship building
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude
