Position Overview

We are hiring motivated individuals to generate leads and close residential sales through door-to-door canvassing.

This is not an entry-level “try it out” role, we are looking for people who:

• Are comfortable talking to homeowners
• Can handle rejection
• Know how to convert conversations into booked jobs

Pay & Schedule

• $30/hour base pay
• Additional commission opportunities
• Part-time or full-time available
• Flexible scheduling within assigned areas

What You’ll Be Doing

• Canvassing neighborhoods (door-to-door)
• Speaking directly with homeowners
• Generating and closing leads for services
• Setting in-person estimates and appointments
• Representing the brand professionally

• Prior door-to-door or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Confidence and professionalism

• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
