What You'll Do

• Canvass residential neighborhoods
• Speak with homeowners about our exterior cleaning services
• Generate qualified leads and schedule estimates
• Build relationships and earn customer trust
• Track leads using our CRM
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals
• Represent Pro Wash Exterior Cleaning professionally

Minimum Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• 2-Years D2D sales experience
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Valid California Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable walking several miles each day
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
• Ability to pass a background check

Sales experience is preferred (door-to-door, canvassing, outside sales, retail sales, appointment setting, customer service, or similar), but we will train highly motivated individuals with the right attitude.
