Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras (CCTV) to oversee premises and detect suspicious activity or breaches in real-time.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure safety standards are maintained and identify potential hazards or security risks.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
• Manage access control by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors; authorize entry and exit accordingly.
• Apply conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations effectively while maintaining safety for all parties involved.
• Perform first aid and CPR when necessary, providing immediate assistance until professional help arrives.
• Maintain detailed incident reports, surveillance logs, and security records accurately and promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service or related fields with a focus on safety and protection.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred; ongoing training is a plus.
• Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems and conducting visual inspections.
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and conflict management strategies to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while responding swiftly to emergencies or security breaches.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with emergency responders, law enforcement agencies, and team members.
