Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Door Person to join our team. The Door Person plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises while providing excellent customer service to guests and visitors. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various situations effectively, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and uphold the highest standards of security.

Responsibilities
- Monitor entry and exit points to ensure the safety of all guests and staff.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Conduct regular surveillance of the premises u

- Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and ensure loss prevention.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid or CPR when necessary.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when required, ensuring proper protocols are followed during incidents.
- Keep detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and any noteworthy occurrences.

Skills
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred.
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies to protect property and assets.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
