Doorman/ Bouncer

Job Title: Part Time, Doorman

Job Summary: Post at the entrance to a business to deter criminal behavior

• Check ID's to ensure drinking age
• Reject guests who are overly intoxicated from entering
• Escort out guests who are over intoxicated
• De-escalate situations between customers
• Work with onsite management
• Walk workers to their cars at night
• Inspect persons and bags for unauthorized items

SHIFTS MOST LIKELY WILL BE.

• 6pm-Midnight
• 8pm-2am
• 2pm-10pm
• Friday & Saturday Nights Only
• Pay is every week.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a strong and visible security presence
• Write clear and accurate incident and shift reports
• Monitor premises and enforce property rules
• Stand for long periods during assigned shifts
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally
• Operate independently with limited supervision

Requirements:

• 1–2 years minimum experience in customer service
• Do not have to be licensed security guards.
• More of a "Event Staff" position
• Flexible schedule, evenings only

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
