Doorman/Security

Overview: We are seeking a reliable and skilled professional to join our team as a Building Service Member/Doorman. In this role, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for residents and guests while ensuring the security and smooth operation of our building.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor building entrances and ensure only authorized individuals enter.
• Assist residents with packages and luggage as needed.
• Monitor and report any suspicious activities
• Conduct tours of available apartments for prospective tenants.
• Work Night Shift and Weekends as needed
• Assist tenant with maintenance issues, questions, concerns
• Communicate daily with property manager with any updates
• Building Trash Disposal

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be willing to work weekends / night shifts
• Preferred experience with being a security guard

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 per hour
