Position Overview

We are seeking an MD, DO, Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Chiropractor to perform DOT physicals and related occupational medicine services at our Jacksonville clinic.

This role is ideal for someone who:

The right candidate will help us continue scaling DOT Clinic while maintaining excellent patient experience and efficient throughput.

Responsibilities

• Perform FMCSA DOT physical examinations
• Issue medical certificates in accordance with FMCSA guidelines
• Complete electronic documentation and submissions
• Perform or assist with DOT drug testing workflows
• Conduct FAA BasicMed and CG-719K physicals (training available if needed)
• Educate patients on blood pressure, diabetes, sleep apnea, and other DOT-related concerns
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
• Support walk-in patient flow and fleet accounts

QualificationsRequired

• Active Florida license as:
• Nurse Practitioner (NP), OR
• Physician Assistant (PA), OR
• Chiropractor (DC)
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Comfortable working independently
• Basic computer and EMR skills

Preferred

• FMCSA Certified Medical Examiner (NRCME)
• Occupational medicine experience
• DOT physical experience
• Drug testing experience

(We are willing to help the right candidate obtain NRCME certification.)
