About the Role

Eastencher Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking talented .NET Full Stack Developers with strong hands-on expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Microservices. You will work closely with our core engineering team to build scalable, high-performance applications across the healthcare and enterprise automation domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications (Angular / React).
• Work with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL for schema design, queries, and optimization.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy and manage solutions on Azure, including containerization using Docker.
• Optimize application performance for scalability, security, and reliability.
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, code reviews, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot application issues and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience as a .NET Developer / Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework / EF Core.
• Knowledge of Angular or React, and proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with Microservices development and integration.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and best coding practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in healthcare or fintech projects.
• Familiarity with AI model integration, API orchestration, or cloud-native development.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or distributed systems.

Interview Process

Round 1: Technical Interview (1 hour) – Core .NET, C#, Web API, SQL, OOPs, architecture fundamentals.

Round 2: Technical Deep-Dive (1 hour) – Hands-on problem solving, scenario-based questions, and system design.

HR Discussion: Compensation, culture fit, and final alignment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
