A Full Measure Mocksville is looking for a Dough Machine Operator which will include other task as needed. The work schedule will be Monday thru Thursday. Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining dough-making equipment to produce high-quality dough for baking and food manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food production, a solid understanding of food safety standards, and mechanical aptitude to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Duties

• Monitor machine performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure consistent dough quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work area in compliance with HACCP, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and sanitation standards.
• Follow all food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and documentation of ingredients and finished products.
• Assist with ingredient measurements, portioning, and preparation to support efficient food production workflows.
• Support the overall food processing operation by adhering to safety guidelines, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely production.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic mechanical knowledge to operate dough-making equipment effectively.
• Strong understanding of food handling, sanitation practices, and safe work procedures.
• Ability to perform basic ingredient measurements.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift safely as necessary, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Requirements are not limited to the above. There will be other required task as needed.
