Dozer Operator

We are seeking an experienced Dozer Operator with a strong background in dredging and marine construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating bulldozers safely and efficiently in coastal, riverine, port, and offshore-related work environments, supporting dredging operations, land reclamation, embankment formation, and marine infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers for dredging support activities, including land reclamation, sand spreading, bund construction, and shoreline stabilization.
• Assist in marine and coastal works such as port development, breakwaters, canals, and reclamation projects.
• Coordinate with dredging, excavation, and marine teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform grading, leveling, pushing, and stockpiling of dredged materials as per project requirements.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and ensure proper maintenance of the dozer.
• Adhere strictly to marine safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and project safety procedures.
• Work in challenging environments including soft ground, tidal zones, and wet conditions.
• Report equipment issues, safety hazards, and operational challenges to supervisors.
• Follow project drawings, levels, and instructions provided by site engineers or supervisors.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dozer Operator in dredging and marine construction projects.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in marine, coastal, or dredging works.
• Valid heavy equipment operator license or certification.
• Experience working with reclaimed land, dredged material, and marine soil conditions.
• Strong understanding of safety practices in marine and dredging environments.
• Ability to work long hours, shifts, and in harsh weather conditions when required.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED3,750.00 per month
