DQ Crew

Job Summary
We’re looking for energetic and friendly individuals to join our team as DQ Crew members! In this role, you’ll be the heart of our fast-paced food service environment, helping to prepare delicious treats, serve customers with a smile, and keep everything running smoothly. Duties

• Assist with food preparation, including assembling and serving menu items like ice cream treats, burgers, and fries.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu options, and upselling products to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across the dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations following food safety guidelines.
• Support food safety practices by handling ingredients properly and ensuring proper storage and rotation of supplies.
• Help with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and restocking supplies to keep the restaurant organized and efficient.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality.

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation, cashiering, or customer service within a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy are important.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques is desirable.
• Experience working in a café, grocery store, or retail environment can be beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for delivering top-notch customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Pay: From $12.00 per hour
