Pacific Hearth & Home is a general contracting and design center specializing in fireplace replacement, outdoor kitchens, & cover patios. A one-stop shop for hearth and patio projects. Pacific Hearth & Home designs, manufactures, and installs all of our own products. We are seeking a full-time drafter & showroom consultant to join our team. Responsibilities

• Create detailed layout designs through CAD, and other drafting tools to visualize client projects accurately.
• Engage with customers in the showroom through inside sales, product demos, and personalized consultations to understand their needs and preferences.
• Assist clients with renovation, remodeling, and interior design selections by providing expert advice on fireplaces, outdoor kitchens and other materials.
• Manage customer accounts efficiently, while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product availability, stock levels, and merchandising to ensure customers timeline and product arrival lines up together.
• Collaborate with the construction or renovation teams when necessary to ensure project specifications are met accurately.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service.
• Proficiency in, CAD software, and layout design tools to create accurate visual representations.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
