Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Draftsman specializing in both residential and high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating precise 2D and 3D drawings, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. This role involves translating architectural and engineering designs into clear, detailed drawings that meet project specifications and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 2D and 3D drawings for residential and high-rise building projects.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet project requirements.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and specifications.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and local building codes.
• Organize and manage drawing files and project documentation.
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Diploma (DAE) in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting for residential and high-rise projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction techniques.
• High attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
