JD :Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative 3D Draftsman – Interior Fit-out to produce high-quality 3D drawings, perspectives, and technical detailing for interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in drafting software and capable of transforming design concepts into clear, accurate, and detailed visual presentations and shop drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare 3D models, interior perspectives, and rendered images for presentation and client approval.

Convert conceptual sketches and ideas from interior designers/architects into technical CAD drawings and detailed layouts.

Develop detailed shop drawings, joinery details, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), and floor finishes plans.

Coordinate with interior designers, site teams, and MEP draftsmen to ensure design integration and constructability.

Modify drawings based on feedback from design leads, project managers, or clients.

Maintain an organized library of project files, templates, and past drawings for future reference.

Ensure that all drawings comply with company standards, project specifications, and applicable codes.

Assist in creating as-built drawings post-project completion.
