Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman with at least 3 years of experience in preparing civil and BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) shop drawings for construction projects. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically strong, and capable of producingaccurate drawings to support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil and BBS shop drawings for RCC work in accordance with project specifications and standards.
• Review architectural, structural, and BBS plans to coordinate and resolve discrepancies.
• Update drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments, and design changes.
• Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Maintain drawing logs and ensure all documents comply with company and project drafting standards.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings upon project completion.
• Ensure drawings comply with regulatory, quality, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of drafting experience in civil and BBS disciplines.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or other BIM tools is an advantage.
• Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and good coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
