Draftsman

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing 2D designs and detailing / modifying technical drawings for construction Projects.

Experience with CAD systems for DTCP & CMDA approvals

• Familiarity with colour coding of DTCP & CMDA drawings and exposure in combining of FMB sketches.
• Knowledge of latest CMDA / DTCP norms for Layouts and Buildings and prepare Layouts in such a way to maximise the use of land parcel.
• Strong detailing skills for construction and architectural drafting works
• Skilled in Preparing technical reports, Design Basis, specifications, and drawings
• Collaborate with civil, structural, and primary electrical teams for project execution
• Attend External / Internal meetings and review sessions for modifications, changes in the drawings and keep records for all engineering changes
• Coordinate with Architects, Consultants, Vendors, etc for collection of drawings and sharing it for execution.
• Monitor schedules and ensure timely delivery of design packages to the execution team.

Requirements :

• BE / B. Tech (Civil)
• 02 to 10 years of relevant experience with strong technical knowledge, understanding of project requirements and good working knowledge of Civil AutoCAD drafting with effective communication skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
