Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings and plans based on the specifications provided by engineers, architects, and project managers. You will play a key role in supporting the design and execution of construction or manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings, plans, and technical schematics using CAD software.
• Convert sketches, concepts, and specifications into accurate technical drawings.
• Update and revise drawings based on feedback or design changes.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant industry standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to clarify requirements.
• Maintain organized drawing records, documentation, and revision histories.
• Prepare material take-offs, BOQs, and supporting documents when required.
• Assist in design detailing and provide technical input to project teams.
• Preparing floor plans, elevations, sections.
• Preparing site layouts, road plans, drainage layouts.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, SketchUp, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of engineering/architectural standards and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of construction materials, manufacturing processes, or building codes (as applicable).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in civil/mechanical/electrical/architectural drafting.
• Previous work on construction, engineering, or manufacturing projects.
