Recruitment Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Thoroughly comprehend the decorative and renovation plans, design intentions, and technical requirements provided by designers.

Be responsible for converting preliminary designs (schematic drawings, developed design drawings) into a complete set of construction drawings for construction use (including floor plans, elevations, sections, details, node details, etc.).

Conduct in-depth design of node structures based on design requirements and material characteristics to ensure reasonable and feasible structures that meet safety and functional requirements.

Strictly implement national, industry, and company drawing standards and specifications to ensure the unity, accuracy, and completeness of drawings.

Be responsible for drawing version control and document management, and promptly and accurately modify, file, and record changes.

Review all construction drawings to ensure the accuracy of dimensions, materials, elevations, quantities, and other information, and conduct clash checks with drawings of other disciplines (such as MEP, structure).

Assist in or independently compile Material Schedules based on the developed construction drawings.

Assist the engineering or cost department in quantity calculation to provide accurate data for budgeting and procurement.

Proactively cooperate with project managers and construction supervisors to provide timely and accurate drawing interpretation and technical support.

Address technical issues related to drawings during construction, quickly propose solutions, and make necessary drawing modifications and improvements based on on-site actual conditions.

Be responsible for following up on drawing updates for all design changes or on-site visas.

Accurately reflect the approved design changes in the construction drawings and promptly notify relevant parties.

Attend drawing reviews and technical disclosure meetings, record and resolve drawing-related issues raised during the meetings.

Establish and maintain an electronic and paper drawing filing system for the project to ensure the clarity and traceability of drawing data.

Organize and draft the final as-built drawings to ensure they accurately reflect the actual construction status.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or above in architectural design, civil engineering, or related majors.

Proficiency in professional drawing software such as AutoCAD; familiarity with BIM software is preferred.

Prior experience in drawing for decorative and renovation projects of high-rise buildings or large public buildings is preferred.

Familiar with the construction process, structural principles, and performance of common materials in architectural decoration projects; understanding of relevant design specifications and acceptance standards.

Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and pressure resistance; meticulous and rigorous work attitude.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
