Job Opening – Draftsman (Fit-Out & Joinery)

Position: Draftsman – Fit-Out & Joinery

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare shop drawings for interior fit-out and joinery works.
• Develop detailed joinery drawings including furniture, cabinets, partitions, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Prepare permit/authority drawings (DDA or others) when required.
• Coordinate with design consultants, project managers, site teams, and workshop.
• Revise drawings based on comments and ensure approvals before site/fabrication.
• Prepare as-built drawings after project completion.
• Maintain proper drawing revisions and document control.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Drafting, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years UAE experience in fit-out and joinery drafting.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Good understanding of interior fit-out and joinery details.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in UAE fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of authority submission drawings.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 4500 to 5500 AED
• Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
