creates detailed 2D/3D technical drawings (shop drawings, layouts, fabrication details) for stainless steel & other commercial kitchen items (hoods, tables, sinks, etc.) using CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for fabrication, ensuring compliance with standards, coordinating with engineers/production

Preparing Quotations, Invoice, Bills of Materials and accounts etc
