Draftsman

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise construction drawings as per project requirements.
• Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed layouts.
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams to incorporate design changes.
• Ensure drawings comply with approved specifications and standards.
• Maintain drawing registers and document control.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and material detailing.
• Review consultant drawings and highlight discrepancies.
• Support coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Use CAD software to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage).
• Experience in building construction drawings preferred.
• Good attention to detail and coordination skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
