We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and supporting the design and engineering team in delivering high-quality interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed technical drawings based on specifications and calculations
• Develop both preliminary sketches and final drawings using CADD systems
• Perform material quantity calculations and consider weight limitations
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to incorporate design inputs
• Review, revise, and redraft drawings in collaboration with the engineering team
• Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building regulations and standards
• Identify potential design or technical issues and report them to the team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Draftsman (Interior/ Fit-Out experience preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software
• Good understanding of interior fit-out drawings, materials, and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Salary:

AED 2,500 – 3,500 per month (based on experience)
